“5 Things Holding You Back: Time to Quit”
I am a teacher, a YouTuber, a blogger, and most importantly, a lifelong learner. Learning is essential for growth, and that’s why I have given myself the name “Upasana Unstoppable”—a person who never stops learning. Through my journey of self-improvement, I strive to teach valuable lessons to my readers because true change happens when we grow together.
In the future, I plan to share life lessons inspired by our revered Hindu gods like Ram, Krishna, and Shiva. These teachings will empower us, as our religion is a source of immense strength. I hope you find inspiration and wisdom here, and together, we can improve ourselves and contribute to improving our country, India.
Let’s grow and learn together!
Life is full of challenges and choices, and sometimes, the most important decisions are about what we need to let go of. Here are five things you should quit to live a more peaceful and successful life:
1. Trying to Please Everyone

Trying to make everyone happy can make life very difficult because everyone has different expectations. When you spend too much time trying to satisfy others, you often forget about your own needs and happiness. It’s important to first understand yourself and focus on what truly matters to you. When you take care of yourself, everything else will start to fall into place naturally. Remember, it’s okay to say “no” sometimes.
2. Fearing Change

Being afraid of change is normal because new things can be outside our comfort zone. But change is a part of life, and it often brings new opportunities and growth. Instead of fearing change, try to embrace it. When you accept change, you open the door to new experiences that can lead to personal and professional growth. Change can be scary, but it can also be the key to unlocking your true potential.
3. Living in the Past

Living in the past means constantly thinking about what happened before instead of focusing on the present. This habit can hold you back from moving forward and enjoying the moment. When we focus too much on past mistakes or missed opportunities, we miss out on the opportunities in front of us. It’s important to learn from the past, but it’s even more important to live in the present and work towards a better future.
4. Putting Yourself Down

Putting yourself down means thinking less of yourself or undervaluing your abilities. This habit can lead to negative feelings and damage your self-esteem. When you constantly tell yourself that you’re not good enough, you start to believe it. Instead, focus on your strengths and achievements. Recognize your worth and remind yourself that you are capable of great things. Self-belief is the first step towards success.
5. Overthinking

Overthinking means thinking too much about even the smallest things and getting stuck in those thoughts. This can lead to unnecessary stress and make it difficult to take action. When you overthink, you waste time and energy worrying about things that might never happen. Instead of overthinking, try to focus on finding solutions and moving forward. Life is too short to spend it worrying about things you can’t control.
Conclusion
Life is a journey of continuous learning and growth. By letting go of these habits, you can open the door to a happier and more successful life. Remember, true change begins with small steps and a positive mindset. As “Upasana Unstoppable,” I believe that by improving myself, I can help others grow as well. Together, we can create a better future for ourselves and our country, India. Let’s embrace change, believe in ourselves, and take action to live our best lives.
Thank you for joining me on this journey. Let’s grow and learn together, and make our lives—and our country—better and stronger.
